From what I can see, it looks like there will be an added room in the Snow Forts for Coins for Change 2012-2013. The party will start on December 20th but the end is to be announced.
I apologize for the picture being in Spanish, but this was the only picture available. The room seems to be a cash-in place for sending in coins to one of the three choices. There is also a blue circle swirl on the left side of the building that might be for decoration or another entrance. There are many chimneys around the building. This may be another mini village like the Marvel Superhero Takeover.
