Confused Emoticon: Coming Soon to Club Penguin

When I logged out of my field op post today, I saw that a new emoticon will be coming soon. This looks like the "Jack Frost" creature that was in Disney's Cool in the Cold video. It is about time that Club Penguin has gotten a non-yellow emoticon.

In this screenshot, I also see a brown puffle with antlers. There is a good chance that the antlers can be a new puffle head item coming to this party or next year.
What do you think about this creature? Do you think that it could be as big of a threat as Herbert? In Cadence's new video, the creature joined her in dancing but threw ice and made certain dancers glow. I think of it as a threat, but I think of the creature being on our side more than Herbert's.
